Well, accepted offer today, no contingencies, cash buyer...wheeeeeeeeee nice long closing date set so we can get our stuff distributed to the kids and wherever. Win/Win situation with both sellers and buyers satisfied and happy with the negotiations.
We are smiling like two little giggling schoolkids... OUR ADVENTURE IS BEGINNING!!!
