Now I am off traveling for at least a couple of months each year and don't want to scramble to find temporary homes for a lot of plants. But while on vacation I just bought some heavy big commercial cookie sheets (four of them) and my big wooden tray need a space to go. That is why I liked the first plan. Steve suggested he make me a rack for the trays in the (old pantry/new laundry room) area. That would work too I guess.
